Absolutely brilliant stay here over the weekend. Perfect location central for everything we had planned. For a city centre hotel there was pelo outside noise, bed was comfortable and staff friendly and polite. If you are staying near the bullring then this is the place to stay.

First impressions, it wasn't obvious to see when walking towards it and following Google maps, but hey, it wasn't far to walk from New Street. Good location and a nice looking hotel once inside. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, with a large bathroom plus a kitchenette.

There is ample pre-dinner drinks in the cocktail bar area next to a contemporary smart restaurant that serves really good Italian food, cooked by actual Italian chefs. The restaurant is managed by Kirsty and her staff that we always found to be pleasant and professional.
